MTI is committed to delivering the highest quality products in the industry with a dedicated Quality Assurance department that supports building:

• Steel Fabrications welded in accordance with AWS D1.1
• Barges built to American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) class requirements
• Pressure Vessels and Tanks to Section VIII of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code
• Armor Steel Welded Components for U.S. Military Mine Resistant Vehicles

Our Quality Assurance Department has all of the required capabilities to support our customer requirements, including:

• ISO 9001 Compliant Quality Management System
• Welding inspection per ASNT TC-1A for MT, PT, UT, and RT
• NACE Certified Paint inspection
• In house inspection and QA Program to provide ASME “U” Stamp certification
• Dimensional Control Procedures using FARO Arm Coordinate Measuring Machine
